Terms of Service

1. The service

The Virtual Card Shop ("TVCS") is a marketplace where sellers list trading cards and sealed product and buyers purchase them. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

One account signs you into both The Virtual Card Shop and Master Setter, which share the same login. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

3. Seller fees

Standard sellers pay a 4.5% commission on completed sales; Pro sellers pay 3.5%. Featured placements carry their own rate, shown before you opt in. Buyers pay a small service fee at checkout that covers payment processing. Shipping is quoted at checkout.

4. Pro subscription & the bundle

TVCS Pro is $19.99/month and includes the verified badge, reduced 3.5% commission, the pricing engine, bulk tools, and the Pro storefront themes. TVCS Pro also includes Master Setter Pro at no additional cost — one subscription unlocks premium features on both sites. Master Setter Pro purchased on its own applies to Master Setter only and does not include TVCS Pro.

If you already subscribe to Master Setter Pro and upgrade to TVCS Pro, we cancel your separate Master Setter Pro subscription so you are never billed twice, and we apply a prorated credit for the unused portion of that subscription toward your first month of TVCS Pro. You keep Master Setter Pro throughout, now provided through your TVCS Pro subscription.

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the paid period. If you cancel TVCS Pro, the included Master Setter Pro access ends with it.

5. Seller ranks & daily listing limits

Your seller rank is the badge buyers see next to your shop and your listings, and it sets how many new listings you can create per day. Every seller can create a set number of new listings per day, counted from midnight to midnight Eastern time across cards and sealed product, including listings posted through partner tools such as PackMule. Editing, repricing, or relisting existing listings does not count. Free sellers can create 50 new listings a day. Pro sellers start at 500 and rank up as they sell:

• Free: 50 a day (free sellers)
• Bronze: 500 a day (every Pro seller)
• Silver: 1,000 a day, after 25 completed sales, 30 days on Pro, and 98%+ positive ratings
• Gold: 2,500 a day, after 100 completed sales, 90 days on Pro, and 98%+ positive ratings
• Platinum: 5,000 a day, after 500 completed sales, 180 days on Pro, and 98%+ positive ratings
• Diamond: 10,000 a day, after 1,500 completed sales, 365 days on Pro, and 98%+ positive ratings

Pro ranks also depend on account standing: once you have 20 or more orders in the last 90 days, fewer than 2% of them may be cancelled or shipped more than 3 days after purchase. A seller below that bar drops one rank (never below Bronze) until it recovers. Sellers with no ratings yet meet the ratings requirement. We may lower limits or pause listing for accounts under review, and we may change these numbers; your current rank and today's count are always on your seller dashboard.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Seller payouts are sent to the seller's connected account after a sale. We are not responsible for card grading, authenticity, or condition beyond what a seller represents; disputes are handled per our buyer-protection process.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
